Note: some of these centres are specialised in certain forms of treatment such as Proton Therapy or CyberKnife® Radiosurgery or whilst others offer a broader range of oncology services including surgery and medical oncology/haematology.

European CyberKnife Centre, Munich, Germany
ECZM is a modern, purpose built private centre where cancer and neurosurgical treatments are provided on an outpatient basis.
It opened in 2005 and has developed a new treatment for uveal melanoma (eye cancer) which can avoid removal of the eye (enucleation).
Demand for this prestigious centre is now very high but international patients can be treated through our enquiry service.
Centre Léon-Bérard is a private, non-profit, hospital dedicated to cancer treatment and research.
It has become a leader in its field and a reference centre for the Rhone-Alpes region of France.
Wth the latest CyberKnife VSI system, which is particularly advantageous for treatment of soft tissue tumours. Centre Léon-Bérard is also a major paediatric oncology centre.

BIO has a tertiary care ICU, 60 medical oncology beds, a bone marrow transplant unit and PET-CT scanning.

Iatropolis CyberKnife and Tomography Centre, Athens, Greece
Iatropolis combines CyberKnife® radiosurgery with advanced scanning facilities.
These include 3 Tesla MRI, a 128 slice CT unit (designed for larger hospitals and research facilities) and a full range of diagnostic units.
Iatropolis also offers biopathology, cardiology, coronary CT, cytology, mammography, neurophysiology, nuclear medicine, radiography and ultrasound.

Klinik Hirslanden is the principal hospital of Switzerland's largest private healthcare group.

Radiotherapie Hirslanden offers the full range of conventional, stereotactic and intraoperative radiotherapy and brachytherapy, as well as CyberKnife® radiosurgery.

RPTC is the first European proton radiation centre for outpatient treatment of tumours to offer a complete hospital setting.

Unlike radiotherapy, proton therapy concentrates radiation within the tumour, greatly reducing impact on healthy tissue.
Benefits include shorter treatment periods and less danger of secondary tumours being created later in life, so it is especially suitable for children.

Harlaching Hospital is one of five academic teaching hospitals in the Munich Municipal Hospital Group (MMHG).
The Urology Dept is a world leader in HIFU ultrasound treatment for prostate cancer and Greenlight laser for prostatic enlargement.
It also offers high expertise in open surgery for prostate, kidney and bladder cancer, e.g. orthotopic neo-bladder and nerve preserving prostatectomy.
